The Grundfos CR vertical, multistage, centrifugal in-line pump family works for water supply, water treatment and almost any industrial solution – including those for high-pressure, hot, dangerous, flammable and aggressive liquids.

The CR is available in millions of different configurations through four modules:

GRUNDFOS CR – Titanium 

If you work with highly aggressive industrial liquids
or harsh seawater environments, you almost certainly
have to deal with the challenges of corrosion
in pump components, and the downtime, maintenance
burdens and costs this brings.
No other structural metal can match titanium in
its resistance to corrosive attack by saline solutions,
including sea water. And titanium is virtually
unaffected by most oxidising acids and industrial
chlorine solutions.

HORIZONTAL MULTISTAGE PUMP CM(E)

The CM or CME pump is a multi purpose pump for both industry and water boosting in general.

It is compact, noiseless, reliable and flexible, and this make it an optimal solution for installation and interaction with other components in small and large systems or as a stand-alone pump.

The CM and CME pumps are available in cast iron or stainless steel (AISI 304/DIN 1.4301 stainless steel, which is for water and non-corrosive liquids, and AISI 316/DIN 1.4401 stainless steel, which offers a high degree of corrosion protection against aggressive liquids).

The difference between the CM and the CME pump ranges is the motor. CM pumps are fitted with mains-operated motors, whereas the motors for CME pumps have an integrated frequency converter:

MTR, SPK, MTH, MTA pumps
MTR, SPK, MTH, MTA pumps are vertical multistage centrifugal pumps designed for pumping of cooling lubricants for machine tools, condensate transfer and similar applications.

The pumps are designed to be mounted on top of tanks with the pump stack immerged in the pumped liquid.

TP MODEL RANGE

VERTICAL IN-LINE PUMPS – TP, TPE 1000, TPE 2000

Grundfos vertical in-line volute pumps with integrated frequency converters are used in a number of applications including air conditioning and heating. The pumps are all single-stage, in-line centrifugal volute pumps with standard motors and mechanical shaft seals.

The pumps are close-coupled, meaning that the pump and motor are separate units. Consequently, the pumps are less sensitive to impurities in the pumped liquid compared to similar canned rotor pumps.

Two versions exist:
TPE Series 1000
TPE Series 2000.

The TPE Series 1000 is the basic version with frequency converters built-into the motors. TPE Series 2000 is further equipped with a factory-fitted integrated differential pressure sensor. This makes the TPE Series 2000 range a preset solution for quick and safe installation.

Verglichen mit herkömmlichen Pumpen, besitzt die RC-Pumpe durch die kompakte Edelstahlausführung ein geringes Gewicht und ist sehr viel kleiner.

An ideal means of ensuring the cleanliness of drinking water is to use chlorine dioxide as a disinfectant. Chlorine dioxide is highly effective against all types of germs and has a long residual time in the system, meaning that it disinfects even without extracting water. The big advantage of chlorine dioxide over other disinfectants is its effectiveness against biofilms.

CR  MAGDRIVE

MAGNETICALLY-DRIVEN PUMP – CR MAGDRIVE

Magnets are used to drive the shaft and impellers in this product group within the CR product family. , There is no physical connection between the pump and motor, allowing it to be hermetically sealed against leaks.

This has made magnetically-driven pumps increasingly popular for transferring aggressive and toxic liquids. As shown on the illustration, the magnetic-driven pump is made of two groups of magnets; an inner magnet and an outer magnet. A non-magnetizable can separate these two groups.

The MTA Range


The MTA range of single-stage immersible pumps (m) has been designed especially for filtering systems in the machine tool industry. The semi-open impellers allow the passing of chips up to 10 mm, making the pumps ideal for removing liquid from any machining process – from boring and milling to grinding.

The compact MTA pumps efficiently transport liquid containing chips, fibres and abrasive particles on to the filtering unit.
